When will my order be ready?
All orders are handmade by me. Allow 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
All orders shipped via courier.
Please ensure you supply your contact telephone number when placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, I ship to the United Kingdom, The United States of America, Canada The European Union, and South Africa.
International shipping- Will I have to pay import duties?
My shipping price covers sending your items via courier only. If any taxes are charged on entry to your destination country the payment of the tax is your responsibility. I am not responsible for any import duty.
The order is a gift - Will you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes absolutely.

You will have to supply the recipient’s address and contact number when placing your order.
Can I return an item?
Refunds will only be given if a product is faulty and once received back to me and checked. An exchange will always be offered if you have a faulty item. Outside of it being a faulty product, items are non refundable. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to let me know there is a fault with the item.
If there is a situation of a faulty item the product must be returned by you the purchaser using the same courier company used to receive the item.
If the item is faulty you will be refunded the courier fee and a replacement sent to you.
I am a micro business and regret that I am not able to refund items as I provide as much information as possible in the listing in my shop and make everything to order.

PRIOR TO SHIPPING – 14 DAYS
If you change your mind within the 2 weeks prior to shipping please email me and let me know. You will be given a full refund less the transaction costs.
Once items have been shipped orders can not be cancelled.
If your order is ready to ship before the 14 days post order date I will email to let you know and if you confirm that I can ship the order – your order will be final.
How do I hang the mobile?
The product is sent with a comprehensive instructional.
These products are for decorative purposes only and it is your responsibility to hang/display out of reach of little hands.
Mobiles are simple to assemble and can be hung from the ceiling using a screw-in hook (supplied). Easy to screw into gypsum. Alternatively, if you have a concrete ceiling- drill a hole, insert a plug, and screw in the hook.
